RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS POLICY

Order Cancellations

Orders are eligible for cancellation strictly while classified as unfulfilled.
You have up until the exact moment your order is marked fulfilled to request a cancellation.
Once fulfillment processing begins, the cancellation window is permanently closed.

30-Day Return Policy

You possess a 30-day window after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify, the item must be in the exact condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

All authorized returns must be shipped to: 183 Grand Street, New York, NY 10013.
Upon acceptance, you will receive a return shipping label and exact routing instructions.
Items dispatched to us without prior return authorization will be rejected.

Damages and Critical Issues

Inspect your order the second it arrives.
Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the compromise and rectify the error.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods (including food, flowers, plants, and matcha powders) cannot be returned.
Custom products (special orders or personalized items) are final sale.
Personal care goods (beauty products) are non-returnable.
We strictly refuse returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale. Zero exceptions. Contact us with questions regarding specific item eligibility.

Exchanges

To secure the exact item you want rapidly, return the original item.
Once the return is accepted, execute a separate, new transaction for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you possess the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.
The item must remain in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds & Business Day Logistics

"Business days" are strictly defined as Monday through Friday.
Weekends and all recognized public holidays are excluded from business day calculations.
We will notify you the moment we receive and inspect your return, detailing authorization or rejection of the refund.
If authorized, refunds are automatically pushed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank and credit card processing times dictate when the funds actually post to your account.
