TERMS OF SERVICE

SECTION 1: ACCESS & ACCOUNT SECURITY

  • You must meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction to operate within this storefront.
  • You assume total legal and financial liability for any minor dependents accessing our Services via your hardware.
  • Account credentials are non-transferable. You are solely responsible for securing your login data; any activity executed under your account is your undisputed responsibility.

  • Consumable products (e.g., matcha powders, functional drink mixes) offered on a subscription model will automatically bill to your provided payment method according to your selected frequency.
  • You must maintain accurate, authorized payment credentials. We accept zero liability for overdrafts or declined transaction fees incurred from your financial institution.

SECTION 5: SHIPPING LOGISTICS & RISK TRANSFER

  • Delivery timelines are projections, not guarantees. We accept zero liability for delays executed by third-party carriers, customs processing, or macro-logistical failures.
  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you the exact second the product is scanned by the outbound shipping carrier.
