Cultivar and taste An Okumidori blend from Uji, Japan: high sweetness, gentle umami, a pronounced aroma, and almost no bitterness. Enjoy it as a soothing warm preparation or a chilled drink, with or without a dash of your favorite milk.
How to prepare Add 1.5g of matcha to 70ml of water at 170°F and whisk vigorously in a z pattern for 15 to 20 seconds. Keep refrigerated after opening and enjoy within 6 months.
